The HockeyDirect Giveaway will run from the until 14/02/2023. The winner will be drawn at random on the 16/02/2023. Entrants who use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram will be counted as individual entries. This prize draw is in no way endorsed by Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. All entrants must be over the age of 18.
The promoter of this prize draw is HockeyDirect , 5 Metro Centre, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 9QT, (“CricketDirect ltd”) a company registered in England and Wales, Company Registration Number 3071770.
Entry to the giveaway is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to residents of the UK excluding Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except employees, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with either HockeyDirect.
The winner will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable date for home delivery, by Hockeydirect.
Please note that we will never ask our selected winners to provide bank details via social media or “register” for prizes they have already won.
The majority of prizes are delivered or available for collection within 7 working days. However, in some instances there may be a delivery or collection waiting period of up to 2-4 weeks.
Only one entry per person, per social media platform will be accepted. Entrants must only enter in their own name and the promoter reserves the right to request proof. If no suitable proof is provided, the winner will forfeit the prize.
Prizes are as stated, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions within 30 days from the winner(s) being announced, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s) up.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by HockeyDirect relating to any postwinning publicity.
