- How it Works:
- The PISO-ELECTRIC fibres are made from a material which has active molecules.
- The vibrations from hitting and receiving the ball move up the shaft until they hit the PISO-ELECTRIC fibres.
- This causes the molecules to vibrate, changing the energy of the vibrations into electricity and in this case heat.
- If a player was to hit a ball constantly for 24 hours, the area containing the PISO-ELECTRIC fibres would heat up, but the quantity of energy converted is so low it does not create any immediate noticeable effect.
- If the material was connected to an electric circuit and there was a full shaft of PISO ELECTRIC fibres, a small bulb could be lit with the energy created!
